How to hack a linksys router

This is something i made from my account on a different site.



O.K, so most Linksys routers around neighborhoods are unsecure, meaning they the wireless is opened for anyone to use.

But, there is a different thing we are going to talk about, CONNECTING to the wireless network, like having full access to it, is a bit different.

So when you connect to the wireless network, go to Command Prompt, and type in ipconfig /all
then see the Default Gateway? copy that, and paste it in your web address. If that doesn't work, put the gateway and then after that put .com

Then, it has restricted access, correct? We need the password to login, here are some i put up for you guys:

Admin : password
Nothing : Admin
Nothing : Password
Nothing : owner
Nothing : Nothing
Admin : password1
Admin : Firstname
Linksys : Password
Admin : Nothing
Admin : Owner
Owner : Admin

or, you can call the Linksys company, and say you forgot the password, i think you know the exact method, Social Engineering.

If you really want to hack this router, you would ask the person your connected to (the linksys router) some questions, then call the service of linksys and explain your self and reset the password.

If you want it without social engineering, which by the way is the best method, and i recommended social engineering, you can keylog the person. You can also, Brute-Force the person using AccessDiver or webcracker 4.0, etc.
